Kato Allan is a cheerful, energetic, and confident young man who has grown significantly since joining C4C. He is the twin brother of Wasswa, and together they are well known within the home for their positive influence, confidence, and leadership among their peers.

Kato joined the program at a young age after he and his twin brother were found living on the streets of Kampala. Growing up in a highly vulnerable environment, the twins relied on unsafe survival mechanisms and were frequently exposed to risk and misunderstanding. Because they look very much alike, they were often mistaken for one another, which led to repeated challenges with authorities before they were placed under care.

Since entering C4C, Kato’s life has taken a new direction. With a safe home, guidance, and access to education, he has grown into a disciplined and respectful student. He enjoys school and shows determination to improve his academic performance through consistent effort.

Kato is naturally expressive and outgoing. He is always smiling and brings a lively spirit to the community. Alongside his brother, he is highly influential among the other children and often takes on an informal leadership role, inspiring confidence and motivation in those around him. They both enjoy being recognized for their talents and contributions, which encourages them to continue striving for excellence.
