Wasswa is a humble, warm-hearted young man who has made a remarkable journey of growth and positive change. He is currently in Senior Six, the final year of high school in Uganda, preparing for his transition to university education.

Wasswa is pursuing a combination of HEG/ICT (History, Entrepreneurship, Geography, and ICT). Through these subjects, he is developing critical thinking, leadership awareness, and digital skills that align with his long-term dream of becoming a lawyer. He is deeply motivated to use the law as a tool for justice and positive social impact.

Wasswa joined C4C together with his twin brother, Kato, after they were found living on the streets of Kampala at a very young age. Like many children in vulnerable urban environments, they survived through unsafe means and were frequently exposed to conflict with authorities. Due to their strong resemblance, the twins were often mistaken for one another, which made their situation even more challenging.

Since joining the program, Wasswa’s life has undergone a powerful transformation. With stability, care, and access to education, he has grown into a disciplined and respectful student with good conduct. While academics have required consistent effort and support, his commitment to attending school and improving steadily is clear.

Wasswa is known for his humility, friendliness, and gentle nature. He relates well with peers and adults alike and carries himself with a quiet determination. As he approaches the completion of high school, he is focused on building a better future through higher education and personal responsibility.

Wasswa’s story reflects the impact of timely intervention, patience, and sustained support. With continued guidance and opportunity, he is on a promising path toward becoming a responsible professional and a positive contributor to society.
